In accordance with purchasing rules of the Act provided you as a consumer 24 month warranty on all products. For products with limited lifetime warranty is your only limited to the shelf-life that is normal for the product concerned.

If you discover an error or defect in a purchased item, you must promptly, within a reasonable time contact B4Beauty k / s and explain where the fault or defect. Complaints can be made by contacting at. phone or email. If the goods of a defect will B4Beauty k / s make sure to repair the item or exchange for an identical or similar goods, if it does not entail excessive costs for B4Beauty k / s.

Unless otherwise agreed, be employed only 12 month warranty, which claim must be made immediately a defect is found. Operators are required to undertake such an examination of a purchased product, as proper business use demands.
