Commodities will be here for approx. 1 to 2 days with Post Denmark. If you have not received your goods within 4 days, do not hesitate to contact us so we can advertise for your order.
Sold items are covered by the Sale of Goods Act, according to a year's Complaint right, this must be done as soon as you discover the error. It pointed out that you as a customer MUST have your invoice and warranty certificate to advertise!
Return the right:
Internet shopping is what we call distance. Here you have, unlike a conventional purchase in a shop right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you received the goods.
The product is returned within 14 days, together with the enclosed invoice and account number you want money to be returned to.
If you do not want to disclose your bank account, we offer to send a check for that amount.
For unpatched packages.
For unpatched packages, the shipment will be charged, as shipment of unpatched package will be billed us back and forth.
It requires that any seals are not broken and the item is in same condition as when we shipped it. Return the purchased item in proper shipping container for at least the same standard as you received them and attach the order number from your bill. We very much hope that you as a customer will make use of this service (even if it comes to damage and errors).
We would rather have happy customers, so your work by an eventual return will be reciprocated with openness and quick service.
